David Prince CeFA, CeMAP

Director

David's work experience includes heading up a company that direct-marketed through to 15 million homes per month. He also spent many years structuring joint affinity campaigns with national brands. Ten years ago he moved into the financial market, specialising in property and was instrumental in setting up a regional mortgage firm dealing with 14 offices. For the last 4 years, he has dealt directly with property developers in all aspects from selling property to arranging and structuring finance.

Pam Prince, CeMAP

Director

Pam has over 15 years marketing and promotional experience in the consumer market, including a new magazine launch and developing and commissioning online web portals for publishers. For the last 9 years, she has concentrated on the financial market - property and mortgages in particular and has a wealth of experience in the principles of property investment and mortgages. The last 4 years has involved structuring and implementing administrative processes for developers and agents alike and the active sourcing of additional income-generators for developers.

Hannah Jameel

General Manager

Hannah has worked in both national and international companies during which time she has gained valuable experience in procurement, supply, branding, marketing, sales and integral management. She has several years experience within the property and finance industries, including the setting up and management of the first internet residential lettings site in the Maldives.

More recently she has been working with a Cypriot developer in setting up an agent network in the UK. Her tasks have included the structuring and management of the sales administration process, including allocation, client updates and agent liaison and training.

Irrfan Ahamed, BSC Hons

Web Manager

With a 1st class honours degree in software engineering, Irrfan is a rarity in that he combines technical skills with commercial sense! With several years web experience, Irrfan has worked on a variety of projects including the development of a property company website, a price comparison website, online gaming applications for a major client and numerous intranet and database systems.
